Church of Scientology Desperate to Land Beckhams

Mon, 03/10/2008 - 11:32AM by pinkgirl22 1 Comment - 142 Views

Everyone wants a piece of the Beckhams--including the Church of Scientology. David MisCavigne, who is the head of the Church, is desperate to land David and Victoria Beckham as celebrity followers.

MisCavigne is so intent on landing the Beckhams, he has a wall of photographs of the Cruise and Beckham families in his office. Isn't that creepy?!?

Ex-Scientologist Marc Headley says, "Tom's a good friend of the Beckhams. The church leader David Miscavige has literally hundreds of pictures of him with Beckham and Victoria and all the kids. They'd love to get them into the religion.

Let's hope the Beckhams don't go over to the dark side. And if anyone is making that decision, its Victoria, since she wears the pants in the relationship.

Star Jones and Al Reynolds Splitting

Mon, 03/10/2008 - 11:27AM by pinkgirl22 1 Comment - 52 Views

Surprise, surprise, like we didn't see this one coming! According to MSNBC, Star Jones has had it with hubby Al Reynolds and she's ready to call it quits.

“They hadn’t been seeing eye to eye for months and had already spent a great deal of time apart,” a friend of the couple told the Enquirer. “Finally, Star decided it was over. She told Al at the end of January that he had 30 days to get his act together or ‘get out.’”

The source continued, “Al moved some of his things out of their Upper East Side apartment and returned to Miami, where he’d already been spending a lot of time recently.”

A second source close to the couple also confirmed the split. “I think Star felt Al had spent their marriage riding her success while she did all the heavy lifting. She resented it. Deep down, Star is a very old-fashioned woman who believes a man should support her emotionally, physically and financially. She now believes Al failed her.”

The couple, who have been married for three years, saw a lot of puts and downs during their relationship--literally! Everyone's been waiting for a divorce announcement for months so you can file this under 'not so shocking news.'

Nicole Kidman Not Drinking While Pregnant

Wed, 02/27/2008 - 8:00PM by pinkgirl22 1 Comment - 41 Views

Nicole Kidman's rep is furious over the statement New York Post's Cindy Adams made about her drinking wine backstage at the Oscars. The column read: "Boozing backstage during the Oscarcast is a no-no. But if you're pregnant Nicole Kidman it's a yes- yes. She wanted white wine. She got it."

But a rep for Kidman fired back saying Nicole, "Not true. She drank lemon zinger and water and was nursing a very bad cold."

She even went on to say, "I cannot remember that last time that Cindy Adams got anything right. She's an idiot, and you can quote me."

Now that's getting your point across!

Ellen Page Dating Frankie Muniz?

Wed, 02/27/2008 - 7:58PM by pinkgirl22 2 Comments - 977 Views

There may be a new young couple on the scene. Ellen Page has fueled speculation that she's dating Frankie Muniz after the two went out for a post-oscar breakfast.

The two were spotted grabbing a bite in West Hollywood Monday morning. Can't see these two together. Ellen seems like such a smart, cute girl, while Frankie reminds me of reruns of Malcolm In The Middle.

George Clooney pokes fun at Angelina Jolie pregnancy reports

Tue, 02/26/2008 - 11:20AM by pinkgirl22 1 Comment - 708 Views

Brad Pitt’s pal George Clooney has joined the ranks of those gossiping about Angelina Jolie’s baby bump, joking her bloated belly might just be a bad case of gas. The couples’ representatives are still refusing to confirm or deny the actress’ reported pregnancy, which was the talk of the Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday. The pair raced up the ‘blue’ carpet, refusing all interview requests, but it was clear from Jolie’s bloated belly that the actress may, indeed, be pregnant, as reports suggest.

And now Clooney is weighing in on the mystery. Speaking on the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday, the movie star joked, “Well, there’s a lot of problems. Either it’s a tremendous amount of gas which is just not likely… Really, not likely.”

More 'Bourne' Movies Coming Our Way

Mon, 02/25/2008 - 3:58PM by pinkgirl22 0 Comments - 124 Views

'The Bourne Ultimatum' won three Academy Awards at the 80th Annual Oscars and today the Daily Variety is reporting that we might be seeing another Bourne movie coming soon.

Rumor on the block is that Matt Damon and director Paul Greengrass have committed to a fourth installment of the Bourne franchise.

This is awesome news considering the fact that Damon had insisted that 'The Bourne Ultimatum' was the last Bourne film he would be doing. Winning a few Oscars might have helped him have a change of heart.
